Terms and Conditions

For purchasing registrations, entry and staying at the Patas 2026 event


The purchase and carrying of registrations, for any reason, implies acceptance of the following conditions.

1. Purchasing Registrations

  1. Registrations are issued as badges, linked to the name provided by the participant, and are personal and non-transferable.
  2. To enter the event, the participant must present an official document with a photo, in order to prove their ownership. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRY WITH COPIES, CERTIFIED OR NOT, OF DOCUMENTS BE ALLOWED.
  3. The credential allows the participant to enter and leave the venue where the event will be held as many times as they wish, during the 3 days of activities, notably from December 11 to 13, 2026.
  4. Patas registrations are sold exclusively on the event website (patas.site) until 11:00 am on December 11, 2026, and then at the box office during the event, if the registrations sold online are not sold out. The registration limit is 600 paying customers.
  5. The purchase is subject to analysis and approval by our team, who may request additional documents to prove registration for the completion and delivery of your order.
  6. Purchase orders are subject to confirmation of payment, regardless of the payment method chosen by the purchaser. The purchaser declares that they are aware of and accept that the information provided will be used to confirm the veracity of the buyer's data.
  7. It is not permitted to exchange, transfer and/or change the ownership of the registration to third parties.
  8. It is possible to upgrade the type of registration at any time, within the registration sales deadlines. To do so, please contact [email protected]. It is not possible to downgrade the type of registration.
  9. Minors may participate in the event unaccompanied by their parents, but only if accompanied by a responsible paying participant, duly authorized by one of the parents through authorization with a notarized signature, in accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law 8.069/90).
  10. Fathers and mothers of all paying participants, whether minors or adults, are entitled to free entry to the event, provided that they are previously registered when purchasing the registration and upon proof of this by an official document.

2. Correct Completion/Provision of Data Required for Purchase

  1. It is the participant's responsibility to correctly fill in the personal data requested to purchase the registration.
  2. Carefully check the data in your order before confirming your purchase. Cancellations, exchanges or refunds of registrations will not be permitted outside the conditions defined herein. Your registration is unique, that is, after its purchase it will no longer be available for sale to third parties, exchanges or refunds.
  3. Within 5 business days after purchasing the registration, the participant will receive an email with the link to the form where they must send the data to produce a credential. The photo sent to produce the credential cannot be changed after it has been sent. In case of delay in receiving the email or another technical problem, please contact us by email at [email protected].
  4. Parents may only use the free companion pass if they were registered when purchasing the registration by the purchaser.

3. Collecting the Registration

  1. The purchaser must collect their badge and gifts (depending on the type of registration) upon arrival at the event, in the registration section.
  2. Only the registration holder may collect the badge, upon presentation of an original identity document.
  3. Parents are not entitled to the registration gifts, and are only companions of the purchasers.

4. Loss, Misplacement, Theft, Robbery or Damage of the Registration

  1. Patas is not responsible for the loss, misplacement, theft, robbery or damage of the badge caused by misuse/storage or by acts of third parties.
  2. Patas may issue a provisional badge only in the event of damage to the credential, upon presentation and delivery of the damaged badge to the organization.

5. Half-Price Registrations

  1. The following are entitled to the half-price registration benefit, according to ACT Nº 12.933, OF DECEMBER 26, 2013:
  2. Students with original student ID: Participants who are regularly enrolled in an educational institution (public, private, elementary, secondary, technical, higher education or postgraduate). Must present an original official identification document with photo, valid in the national territory, within the validity period, and: (I) student identification card (CIE), in accordance with the regulations, issued by ANPG, UNE, UBES, state and municipal entities, Central Student Directories, Academic Centers and Directories; or (II) Original Declaration, issued on letterhead, stamped and signed by the educational institution.
  3. People with disabilities: To prove the condition, medical reports containing the legible name of the certified physician, CRM and ICD 10 will be accepted, as well as an official identity card indicating the disability, an associated entity card, the Continuous Social Assistance Benefit Card, or a supporting document issued by the INSS certifying retirement in accordance with Complementary Law 142/2013, accompanied by an original official identification document with photo. Free admission will be guaranteed to the companion of the participant with disabilities who, due to their condition, require accompaniment.
  4. Youth ID: Young people aged 15 to 29 with low income, registered in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico) and with a monthly family income of up to 2 minimum wages. Proof of benefit will be provided by presenting the Youth ID issued by the Federal Government.
  5. Senior citizens over 60 years old – LAW No. 10.741, OF OCTOBER 1, 2003: Participants must present, along with the half-price registration, an original official identification document with photo, valid in the national territory and within the validity period.
  6. Teachers with professional identification document: (a) State and/or municipal employees in the position of teacher in the state public school system and/or municipal school systems: present a work card issued by the Department of Education or the employee's pay slip; (b) State Law 15.298/14: State and/or municipal employees in the position of principal, pedagogical coordinator, supervisor and/or holder of a support staff position in state and/or municipal public schools: present a work card issued by the Department of Education or the employee's pay stub.
  7. If the benefit is not proven, the participant must top up the value of the registration purchased to the full price, otherwise access to the event will not be permitted.

6. Social Admission

  1. All purchasers who donate 1 kilo of non-perishable food, in original, sealed packaging, well preserved and within the expiration date, will be entitled to a promotional discount on the SOCIAL ADMISSION registration price. The discount is not cumulative. Give preference to food with a long expiration date. Perishable, liquid or packaged food items that do not allow identification of their origin will not be accepted.
  2. The food must be delivered at the time of registration on the first day that the purchaser will participate in the convention. Failure to deliver the food will result in the cancellation of the promotional discount, so the holder must supplement the value of the registration purchased with a discount for the full price of the registration, otherwise access to the event will not be permitted.
  3. The food will be distributed through one or more social assistance NGOs to be chosen by the event organizers.

7. Minors

  1. "Accompanied minors" will be considered those who are accompanied by at least one parent or guardian/tutor or person in charge, as long as an original document proving custody of the minor is presented. If accompanied by one parent, it is sufficient to present the original identity documents of the minor and the father and/or mother at the time of accreditation.
  2. If accompanied by a guardian/tutor or relative, the original identity documents of the minor and the guardian/tutor or parents must be presented, in addition to a certified copy of the document proving custody of the minor, for accreditation.
  3. "Unaccompanied minors" will be considered those under 18 years of age who are Brazilian and who are not accompanied by a father, mother or guardian.
  4. Unaccompanied minors must present all of the following documents at the time of registration (according to art. 82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents – Law 8.069/1990): I – Authorization from one of the parents or legal guardian/tutor, filled out correctly, according to the model available on the Patas website, duly signed with a notarized signature (in two copies) authorizing an adult as the guardian, who is registered with Patas and is not part of the party organization; II – Certified copies of the documents of one or both parents (in two copies). In the case of a guardian/tutor, certified copies of the document proving custody of the minor (in two copies), in addition to copies of the guardian/tutor's document (in two copies); III – Original identity document of the minor and of the adult responsible person appointed by the parents, who will be the legal guardian of the unaccompanied minor.
  5. Minors who are not Brazilian will be considered "foreign minors" and may only participate in Patas in the presence of one of their parents and with identity documents (for countries where Brazil has an agreement for the use of national identity documents) or original passports.

8. Registration Transfer

  1. Registrations cannot be transferred, as they are personal and non-transferable.
  2. Under no circumstances will registrations be transferred before or during the event.

9. Registration Purchase Cancellation

  1. The purchaser may cancel the registration(s) purchase up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the purchase confirmation email, provided that this period does not exceed 48 (forty-eight) hours before the event.
  2. Cancellation requests must be made by email to [email protected]. The date and time of the email will be considered as the cancellation period.
  3. We do not accept partial cancellations.
  4. In the event of cancellation of the Patas 2026 event, the purchaser will receive the full amount paid for the registration (except payment processing fees).
  5. In the event of postponement of the Patas 2026 event due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (such as, for example, due to the health conditions in force at the time of the event due to the COVID-19 pandemic), the registration prices will not be refunded and will remain valid for the new dates of the Event, unless specific legislation is published on this subject – in this case, the rules of the specific legislation that is published will be followed.

10. Recording of Participants' Image and Audio

  1. Any and all activities carried out within Patas 2026 may be filmed, recorded or photographed, at the discretion of the promoter/producer, for later publication, transmission, retransmission, reproduction or dissemination on TV, cinema, radio, Internet, advertising or any other means of communication, production of DVD and home video, without any type of limitation.
  2. By attending Patas 2026, you agree, authorize and grant the free use of your image, name and voice under the terms mentioned herein, without limitation, without this use constituting improper use of image or any other violation of rights and without this use resulting in any burden and/or compensation.

11. Attractions, Gifts, Programming and Others

  1. Each type of registration entitles you to a series of gifts and experiences according to the purchase made. The gifts/items must be collected during the registration process or by the end of the event, depending on the item.
  2. The gifts are personal and non-transferable.
  3. All items purchased in the experience packages must be collected by participants by the end of the event. Items that were not claimed during the event will be discarded. Patas is not obliged to send any items to the participant under any circumstances.
  4. The participation of speakers, DJs and guests and the holding of lectures and events within Patas 2026 are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Patas undertakes to disclose updated information about the event as soon as it becomes aware of any changes in relation to this, but clarifies that some changes may occur without the possibility of prior communication to the public.

12. Acceptance of These Terms

  1. The registration purchaser expressly declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and that they are fully aware of the rights and obligations arising therefrom.

By purchasing a ticket or accessing the Patas Event, the attendee declares having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
